1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ad Grant Genie website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our offer to unlock $120,000 per year in FREE Google Ads is available to Amazon FBA Sellers and Shopify Merchants who are willing to support a deeper mission and do good for the world. To be eligible, you must have a genuine cause related to your brand that you are willing to support. Ad Grant Genie reserves the right to determine eligibility.

3. Google Grant Ad Account

We will assist you in obtaining a Google Grant ad account that provides $10,000 per month in free advertising for your brand. To qualify for this account, you must have a non-profit organization associated with your brand, and we will guide you through the process of setting up this non-profit entity.

4. Non-Profit Donation

As part of our program, you agree to donate a percentage of your sales generated through the Google Grant ad account to your non-profit organization. The specific percentage will be discussed and agreed upon during the setup process. This donation is essential to maintain eligibility for the Google Grant ad account.

5. Brand Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided during the setup of your non-profit and the Google Grant ad account. Ad Grant Genie will assist you in the application process, but the ultimate approval of your ad account is at Google's discretion.

6. User Consent

Opt-In:

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message.
